Old Business License of China Companies will Expire in March 1st

According to the notice related to the use of new edition of business license released by China Government last year, the old edition of business license is only valid until February 28, 2015.

Thereby, the previous business license will lost the legal effect.

In China, the valid business license is a must for company normal operation. It is essential for all company related business.
